SUPREMACY

Newspaper article today, comment from Dr. Chua SL about “Malay Supremacy” – He said that he can accept Malay Leadership but not Malay Supremacy, this is due to the meaning of Supremacy “about Master & Slavery”. Hehehe.!
I love this guy, he really show his true leadership “At least he has balls to talk about it”, the rest of MCA member.. nah! Even his newly elected president, still not showing any leadership quality.

Yeah!! I do believe this Dr. Chua is the cleanest chap in Malaysian political history hehehe, at least nation aware about his acting skill in our local sex movie. He has that courage to admit and resign….walk the talk! that is what I admire most. Be truthful, honest and responsible towards yourself.

Again talking about the so called “Supremacy” – It keep me wondering…It must be two parties – “the Master & the Slave”.

Ayooyo…What da hell…guys aloo!!!....What year are we now..?...fuhhh. I did face it once tho !!! “Supremacy”. Let the Supremoo rules…heheheh.

My view:
If you honest & truthful towards yourself, lets the nature speak by itself.

PIRATES OF THE 3 KINGDOM

Funny story… close friend of mine living in Penang just sms me and remind me to watch my back cause I’ve a juicy & nice butt. My anal just waiting for the correct size of hardstick for penetration exercise as this can only be done by the pirates of three kingdom (Kingdom represent Leader of So called Div/Dept) – Most of my officemate already knew about it hehehe..(Thank god – Johnny Depp is not the actor in this movie).

You can imagine guys; a person who lives in a different state remind me on the danger of screwing intelligent (Well graduate) people especially when this people thinking that they have the authority, power and damn smart..hehehheh. So you can see how the information flows quickly….great IT job…well done! Emmh…now I realize - Great impact, especially when you are too outspoken, dictate and always mention the truth, the so called intelligent seems hurt so much. Well truth hurts tho…truth is life..not good & not bad…

"No sense of urgency" and "comfort zone" contribute towards this “tidak apa” (Let it be/Or Nevermind) attitude. Nevermind if the company going down, nevermind if we don’t achieve our profit, nevermind if performance down, nevermind if people lose their job, nevermind if they don’t even have to do their job, Let it be if people die infront of you. So I’ll put the blame to leaders for behaving in such a way, not realizing the danger although being reminded in several occasions. So this nevermind – attitude will create chaos, dangerous hurdle and harder obstacle in front of them without realizing it. They might lose their bread and butter due to this.

“Nevermind Attitude” also contributed by the Leader/head/boss and not the staff (The staff is known to be very dynamic). When the boss didn’t realize the implication of their own attitude (Easy life, drawing a good salary) and this example will be followed by their subordinate…its dangerous & crucial. So revealing the truth will create additional job and insecure position for these 3 pirates (U know what pirate means right – Lazy & Full of Lies… only now they dress differentlylah). So now is the time for them to rescue and protect their ass….in other word fight back lah..whatelse!..…

Hey!!! As a reminder to everybody out there, just tell lies ok! (Don’t be truthful), be a hypocrite and corrupt – As this will generate popularity, glamorous and create harmony environment – vice versa - please do not be too direct, outspoken and truthful…As this been categorize under the “7 sin”.

As for me - the sin of being truthful, I’m being label as trouble maker and threat to the organization…phewwiiiiitt…emmh..that is damn serious man..heheheh!. Its beautiful..I luv it. Wow..!!! Superb statement received from my buddy who is also my loyal warlord from Penang this morning. Nah…truth being ignored, avoided and hated, but hey…what’s life without challenge man… dale life sure boring mehh!!!….hehehehe..

My comment:

Luv it man!!!....Satisfaction of giving without asking for returns is damn sweet & beautiful.

Unlucky Pirates!!! “Without realizing it, they just mess-up with the worst Warlord in the history on mankind”..hehhehe!.

HYPOCRISY & PREJUDICE

Thanks Parpukari…for your reminder. Sorry for the delay in updating my column, tight & busy schedule lately.

A friend did approach me and asking my view & opinion about his firm,…emmh not a good advisor anyway…Well, any biz organization will face several obstacles and office politics just to mature their daily operation and routines…hehehhe…hey thats life anyway.

He did pop-up about hypocrisy…..emmh, I’m wondering… and on another session somebody update me on prejudice…. Both words keep me wondering……emmh….

Find the meaning thru wikipedia… just wanna share the below findings.

Prejudice on Wikipedia.
The word prejudice refers to prejudgment: making a decision before becoming aware of the relevant facts of a case or event. The word has commonly been used in certain restricted contexts, in the expression 'racial prejudice'. Initially this is referred to making a judgment about a person based on their race, religion, class, etc., before receiving information relevant to the particular issue on which a judgment was being made; it came, however, to be widely used to refer to any hostile attitude towards people based on their race or even by just judging someone without even knowing them. Subsequently the word has come to be widely so interpreted in this way in contexts other than those relating to race. The meaning now is frequently "any unreasonable attitude that is unusually resistant to rational influence". Race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, and religion have a history of inciting prejudicial behaviour.

Hypocrisy on Wikipedia
Hypocrisy (or the state of being a hypocrite) is the act of preaching a certain belief, religion or way of life, but not, in fact, holding these same virtues oneself. For example, an adult telling children not to smoke cigarettes, even though the adult smokes. Hypocrisy is frequently invoked as an accusation in many contexts.
For linguist and social analyst Noam Chomsky, hypocrisy, defined as the refusal to "...apply to ourselves the same standards we apply to others" is one of the central evils of our society--promoting injustices such as war and social inequalities in a framework of self-deception, which includes the notion that hypocrisy itself is a necessary or beneficial part of human behavior and society. In other languages, including French, a hypocrite is one who hides his intentions and true personality.

Well folks…..with above notes, comprehensive advice tho. “Self Explanatory” huh!!…. hehehehe.

VESSEL SINKING………….

Star newspaper - Vincent Lim resigning as a 4th floor boys, last few days, Kalimullah also resigning as NST Dep.Chairman, the rest of 4th Floor will abandon ship soon. Huh..its ok what, they’ve achieve loads for themselves.

Emmh I’m wondering, money..?..If u have loads of them …is it enough?....maybe 20 million as pension still not enough isn’t it. Well, what about 200 million….still not much either. I remember english proverb…”easy come easy go”.

These remind me on friendly discussion yesterday night. Which is better? Good decision or being good person?...good decision is not popular and seldom hated. But a good person will be very popular and known to others. Tuah Biduanda did phrase this sentence about an old malay proverb “Puas sudah berbakti, berbudi dan berkorban, emas jugak di pandang orang” (Although total sacrifice being made just to make sure its enough for everybody, but still - jewel/money is what people looking for). So???…. hehehehe.

Talking about leadership, lead by action – not position is just keyword. Captain of the vessel must know the right direction, channel and right decision else ship sinking. Being a leader, knowing where the wind blows, natures and surrounding is a must. Now this is what our country is facing…i.e. crisis of leadership!!!

Just wanna share:
Talking about honesty and truthfulness…hehehehe!!! People can be truthful towards their own words, they also can be truthful towards their own feeling…but can they be truthful towards their action. Yupp…!!! To do the right thing on the right moment on the right situation on the right angle on the right people with the right task…. hehehhehe…. Can talklah…

Jebat Avanza did phrase out on Obama Campaign – Quite heroes everywhere. I luv that!
“They’re not famous. Their names are not in the newspapers, but each and every day they work hard. They aren’t seeking the limelight. All they try to do is just do the right thing. In this crowd there are a lot of quiet heroes like that.”
“Being neither silence hero/leader - lead by action and not feeling nor voice”.

MYSTICAL LAND – BALI……cont’.

Bali..bali…bali….bali again… .emmhh…yup!! I remember went to this bazaar in Kuta beach, looking for t-shirts and I came across this local Balinese lady screaming and yelling to the street requesting public to assist her in buying whatever merchandise on her hand (Hard selling). I look around her, people just passes by without wanting to know what she’s trying to offer. I’m sitting at the corner drinking coconut juice (I think) while observing her, I saw this 3 children age between 4 – 7 yrs, I male & 2 female (maybe her children) approaching her and maybe wanna eat or to buy some things. That lady looks around and I think she’s mumbling to herself (maybe piss-off due to no sales and no money). I saw bunch of key chain on her hand…emmh so what da hell, why not buy something from her. So I approach her and start bargain on the key chain. So I pay and give her some extra money and say it for the kids. My God!!!...She crying, screaming and kissing my hand…wattahack…well..public start staring at us…..Ohh shit!!!….cabut!!! hehehehe.

Start thinking…what dafuck I’m doing….its their way of life anyway…the culture & the people has been there for centuries…its not me to feel sorry (Maybe I saw the kids my heart start pumping). Again I learned my lesson…not good and not bad - its just life anyway.

Another event, I went to this temple, I saw this beautiful stone carving and sculpture of 2 dragon stand side by side guarding the Pura (Temple). People start coming to that place to perform their ritual and praying, so I’m taking that opportunity by sitting behind the worshippers (Outsider not allowed to enter that holly place)…. Well just wanna see how they perform…good tho and very polite. At least I know the words..”AUM” “SWASTIASHU” “OOM” …. Sound of worshipper..from Brahma religion, symbol of Trimurthy in words…..the same words preach and practice for thousand-thousand of years…with right hand showing an OK symbol with the left hand holding Bali,…. Fuhh!! very interesting …. .. hehehehe!.

Remarks:

Looking at the people around me…huh! They are proud of their culture and being what they are, politeness, humble and very helpful are the essence of these Balinese. How we want to respect people if we ourselves didn’t respect what we are and who we are, basic family values - respect each other, be humble and sincere in any relationship.

MYSTICAL LAND – BALI

Sorry for delay on updating my article. Busy lately….yeah working whatelse.

I can’t remember when the last trip to Bali is. The culture, peaceful people, harmony place really keep popping-up to my brain.

I remember Jimbaran Beach, full of luxury beach café with foreigners drinking liquor and enjoying their sunset view while the other side of the road, local people pushing trishaw selling “bakso and babi guling” hehehe.

My mind keep remember this local lady putting Bali (Sewing coconut’s leave as square plate accompany with several flowers and serve as ritual gift to God) to the seashore; her struggling face & depress look (maybe due to the daily hard work), looking directly to the sunset. I go straight to her, and ask what she request from her god. She said that it’s enough for her being healthy, can find enough money & food on that day just for her family. She prays and thank god for giving Bali as tourist destination, and let her survive for another day by selling all the small goodies & candies to the tourist. Emmh, that simple huh!!!...That the 1st time I saw a lady putting that bali to the sea, most of them serve/praying at “Pura” (Temple)

When look at the beach…emmh great café indeed with the entire life band fuhh!! damn good one.
Gap of lifestyle..fuhh…that’s life man - whole bunch of rich & famous versus…what? Huhh!!

I remember went to the volcano….its beautiful; I cannot remember the place, the journey quite a while tho…yupp manage to see the cremation ceremony of the death by local people… well whatelse in Bali…everything is ritual. One most interesting part is about a village located near the foot of the volcano. Local people describe that village being open by group people solely appointed by the Dewa Kayangan. If people died in that village, their body will not be eaten by any maggot/insect and won’t stink – Not buried just put it to a shelf/or a wood layer (Not coffin either). Any outsiders who think or trying to enter that village will get curse from God or Dewa Kayangan it’s a taboo for local. Emmh..very interesting story.

The countryside is refreshing and very clean, I feel that..hey its Malaya during 1800s ..heheheh!

Hmmh..mystical people in mystical land….but now..I’m busy. Will update later.
