ECONOMY CATASTROPHE

I did write my concern about the economy disaster few months ago. Emmh, now the wave has arrived. Chedet did mention the same thing on his latest posting, I bet he foresee the impact clearly, same reminder given by Matthias years back together with his thorough analysis.

Well, all the superhero from our present government mentioning that all economic issues are under control, public has no worry since they have plan & strategy to counter back furthermore Malaysian fundamental is strong with Central Bank reserve more 58 billion…& GDP growth still maintained….WOW!!
Economic expert in MOF is working 24/7, just to make sure citizen prosperous, job and market stable. Public is advise not to worry, the expert can maneuver the catastrophe with their experience and skills.

Emmh..the above phrase really convincing…….I’m hoping that’s true.

Yesterday news - Florida, US, vacant house (kena lelonglah whatelse) is increase up to 400% since August 2008 & nearly 8000 people jobless. The financial turmoil has heat the ground badly and the American is the first to face it. When people have no job, no money, no food, no shelter, family need to be feed…hmmh.what do you think they will do?...Basic needs has gone.

I bet if the US or any Europe Nation or United Nation aware that we have such expert, they should send their team here & learn more from our guys man, emmhh…we have many smart and intelligent people around that can contribute & teach the world how to KOW TOW when tsunami arrive.

Still wondering, wow…we have such expert in MOF mehh?? This dream team must very-very damn smart & expert…huuhhh…hope can meet them someday…just wanna say thank you for their effort if I have that opportunitylah…just wanna know how they can avoid tsunami that attack the world today.

My personal view…….
God bless Malaysia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HERITAGE & LEGACY Con’t………….

Sorry for the delay in updating the above subject…eemmh where was I…ohh yeah..I do remember myself & my kampung’s friend looking for kepah/kupang (sort like a fresh water oyster) at that nearby pond/canal. We did thinking to make some business out of it, but when grandpa knew about it, he rushed to the scene and pulled my ear off hehehe.
When thought about it, it’s damn dangerous& crazy tho – diving at that pond without any safety equipment (its damn deep) fuhh!!!...emmh I’m somewhat 8 or 9 years old….. heheheh.

Me & friend did have another project, emmh.. we trying to give some extra income to my Grandpa/Ma, so we came out with a plan of sugarcane business. Sugarcane trees is everywhere in that kampong, so me & friend did chopped several and bring it to this rubber station nearby the house (During that time, rubber tappers will have to process/produce the palette of rubber before they can sell it to the rubber shop – This process must include the mixing of chemical and let the rubber froze, and they need to run the process of stamping/or pressing via rubber machine. These machines made from mild steel, have two roller upside & downside. Froze rubber will go thru the middle and being press until the rubber come-out like a white towel). So with that machine, I & friend can produce lots of sugarcane juices, yeah can make lot of money out of it. Hehehehe!!.
Well things not moving as its suppose to be I guess, we being ambush and bombarded by his mother who is the owner of that machine, and yuppp... sprint 100 meter, Olympic gold medal will be ours at that point of time.

Latest news I heard on that land (kampong house) – Uncles/Aunties are going to sell it off. Emmh…although it’s nothing to do with me, but selling? Huhh.. I don’t know whattahack with everybody out there man!!!

To sell off the so-called legacy of your forefather, with his own hand building that shelter called home and develop with full of care, love and attention, pass over to the next generation to think & appreciate it and also to remind them there is a place called kampong, yet we don’t even try to protect that heritage, and willingness to giveaway your own legacy to other people for the sake of what?? ..money..? Where are the fighters/or Heroes?...Aren’t they feel guilty? It’s like selling off your country to other people.?

This heritage should be passing on to the next generation, and also to other generation to come. Appoint a care taker to take care of the place/or rotate the caretaker job every year since the family member is big, I think this should be the way so the heritage will move on & on. Proper foundation need to be set-up to cover the maintenance cost and salary of the care taker. Meeting should be done to appoint the chairman, treasury and secretary like a normal foundation. Although it’s not registered, but proper audit should be done by an appointed auditor…emmh that should be the way. Jewish community has been practicing this for thousand of years, same goes to certain noble group in Europe, even till to date you can see their old castles maintain in a damn good shape…age centuries. With that strength and proper system, their family wealth and economy being maintain in concrete way. No outside influence can damage the system unless the insider themselves being so greedy and starts paying politics. Thats what happen in our country now….

When think about it, yeahh…right….!!!!!!!........Who want to listen to me???..That bad boy in the family…the worst grandchild on this planet…even denise the menace is more nicer than me…heheheh…..I’m not naughty…just notorious..hehehhe.,

As these remind me to my dad house, my mission is to renovate dad’s house for the next generation to come and let the legacy maintain and being protected.

Conclusion:…………..JUST DO IT.

HERITAGE & LEGACY

Recent balik kampong holiday bring me back to my old memories about my kampong. Manage to visit neighbor of my grandma (Grandma & Grandpa has long gone) during that short time. She looks very old and keeps reminding me on past, i.e. my childhood what else. After chatting with her I just walk thru my grandpa/grandma house….emmh scary tho. That old empty house – eeiiyukk rotten wood.. going crack into pieces, termite breeding centre, surrounded by these mud & alga (or look like it), tall grass covered the wall or those green stuff…remind me of SHREK..the movie.

I remember those days when I try to cut the grass with my brother & grandma, we saw that giant python meddling around the bushes, just behind that house.…but now the bushes has grown up to what…12 to 15 feet.? It seems like the grass going to eat & swallow the house…eeiiiyukk………scary man…heheheh.

Beneath my cornea, I’m still looking at that beautiful and harmony house. That brownish paint with anti termite smell is still there, that old veranda accompany with tepak sirih is waiting for any guest to chew it before they start their conversation (Tradition/culture of Malay living in kampong – before they start any conversation, they must chew the “Sekapur Sirih Se Ulas Pinang). Grandpa, after finish his job and meeting with his friends at the nearby warung, he will be sitting at that veranda, looking at the main road/scenery with his “Gobek Sirih”, coffee and his cigarette (Rough Rider if he has money to buy or rokok daun) while grandma will be busy cooking, baking kuih, scolding or yelling at me as usual heheheh!.

I remember myself & son of the neighbor playing gasing, guli, congkak, lastik, fishing at the pond & small canal just behind that house. The air is refreshing while the water is so damn clean. You can see the yellow sub marine floating and run thru the canal smoothly while catfish feed their stomach with that organic dishes. Emmh, well what to expect!! Its kampong life anyway..toilets is not modern as its used to be now hehehe. We did make spears (nail with mob stick) and guard the lawn (like an ancient warior), just to make sure the cow or buffalo didn’t left any dung or other souvenirs on the turf.

To be continued……………………….

HOLIDAY TRIP & REUNION

Sorry for not updating my column here, well just came back from family reunion – i.e. holiday lah what else.

Something beautiful and memorable, yeah looking at all the nieces & nephews – wow!!! so much have been missing in mylife. They have grown up and the eldest going to get marry. Hahh..what a life man!

All the family members going for camping/picnic at the beach and we manage to build our camp fire, sleep together with all the wet & rain. Everybody very helpful, not leaving out the youngsters as well. Very well organize and teamwork – Just remind me of our daily corporate life. Sincerity in make sure things move according to the nature and behavior is not an easy task. I thank my eldest brother for all the hardship together with all my brothers and sister/&sis in law for the great reunion and excitement. Not the venue, the space or environment. The most important element is being together as 1 family and together with nature and surroundings.
Thanks to my Bro. G for having such fun and entertainment.

Sometimes immediate decision making is very crucial and painful but yet the end result is beautiful.

I remember to hug my sister!... just giving her the so call love and affection …emmhh did make her cry tho…

Conclusion:
Family ties – Love, care, attention, affection, disgrace, humility, disgust, pain in the arse, harmony, faithful, contribution, protection, anger and sincerity.
Its nature tho - Whatelse if not family!!!!....
